The conferences on Technology for the Human Development of Engineering With out Borders Spain intend to promote the analysis and the reflection on the role that the technology is having in the strategies of reduction of the poverty and promotion of the sustainable human development.
In their fifth edition, and taking up the debate about the public and universal access to the potable water and sanitation that there has been in the second edition, the political dimension of the access to the hydric resources and of the extension of such services will be tackled. Analyze the influence that in the governance of the developing countries has such an access and enjoyment of services, and how the consolidations of networks and spaces of governance have a complementary and necessary role to the development of infrastructures.
